Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping:

Shipment Preparation:
- Orders are prepared (packaging and wrapping) within 24 hours after confirmation on the website. (This time is not included in the shipping duration.)

Shipping Time:
Shipping takes (4-7 business days)
- Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by delays from the shipping companies beyond our control.
- The delivery duration does not include the packaging and order processing time (24 hours).
- The estimated delivery days are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of delays.
- Delivery Attempts: Olas Store is not responsible for failed delivery due to unavailability, lack of response, or coordination with the delivery agent. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- During peak seasons such as Ramadan, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, White Friday, year-end sales, and national holidays, packaging and delivery delays may occur. Please place your orders early to avoid any inconvenience. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of delays.

Shipping Fees:
- SAR 30 within Saudi Arabia.
- SAR 200 for international shipping.

Shipping Methods:
- Shipping companies: Aramex, JT, DHL.
- We ship to all GCC countries, Egypt, Jordan, Europe, the UK, and the USA.

Shipment Tracking:
- Tracking details are sent via email and SMS to the registered contact information.

Incorrect Address Submission:
- If an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout, the order preparation and shipping may be delayed until the address is corrected.
- Customers can update their shipping address and contact details by contacting customer support within 6 hours of placing the order online—before it is shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, address changes must be handled directly with the shipping company.
- If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address or contact number and does not correct it, leading to delivery to the wrong address, the customer will be fully responsible, and no refund will be issued.

Taxes & Customs Fees:
- The website prices do not include VAT and customs duties for international shipments. VAT and customs charges will be collected by the shipping company and must be paid upon delivery, in accordance with the import regulations of each region/country.
